The very day I bought the vehicle, the TPMS light came on, there was a strong burnt oil smell in the cabin, and I discovered the sunroof was leaking water. Their service department took the car back, claimed to replace a sensor, but the light came right back on during the one-hour drive home. When I brought it back, they said they couldn’t help since “no fault code” showed. Months later, the TPMS issue is still unresolved. The sunroof leak was worse—on the very first night it rained, water dripped inside from the passenger visor, and I even found paper towels shoved in the corner, apparently to hide it. After multiple trips back, they said the sunroof drains were clogged, but in the process, they broke the windscreen and then stalled for weeks before finally replacing it. The oil smell was the most concerning. I was told it was just leftover oil from their change and would “burn off in a few weeks.” Instead, smoke started coming from under the hood, and I had to pay $200 to tow it back. Eventually, they admitted the valve cover was leaking but refused to fix it, saying the car was sold “as is” and without warranty. When I pushed back with the General Manager, Lance, he was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to help—even after admitting it was a preexisting issue. On top of this, despite claiming the car had never been in an accident, I later found paint overspray and cloudy paint on the doors. The dealership never disclosed this. It also took them over two months to get me the title. When I finally took the car to a BMW specialist, they found: A major valve cover leak that could have caused a fire 🔥 Oil contamination in the coolant reservoir (likely from mishandling during service) Needed a brake fluid flush Total out-of-pocket costs: $3,400. All of this after paying Audi of Hampton full retail price. I asked only that they do the right thing and help with the repairs, but Lance the GM refused. As a single dad with kids, I trusted a luxury dealership to provide a safe vehicle. Instead, I was given a car that was unsafe, poorly inspected, and misrepresented. I even traded a perfectly good car to them they would only give me 17k for it and put out up for sale for over 23k. I know dealers give less and I made mends with that. ⚠️ If you are considering buying a used vehicle from Audi of Hampton, do not rely on their “inspection.” Insist on having the car thoroughly checked by your own independent mechanic before purchase. This experience has been beyond disappointing—it has been dangerous. I will never purchase from Audi of Hampton again.

My brother saw a 2013 Equus online, this weekend, so drove they on Saturday 04/05/2025, we was told the car was a one owner car, the rear shock system just been replace at a cost $8000.00, I said it look like it been hit before, business manager started walking around rubbing, and it have never been in a accident, he spoke like the old own was a regular customer, the whole temperature change when my brother said he was going to sleep on it. Ray Durham my Service Consultant is the reason I keep bringing my 2015 Audi A8L back to Audi Hampton. Ray makes you feel like your vehicle is the only vehicle he has to service. He's polite, professional and knowledgeable about the Audi brand. But it doesn't stop there, a good Service Consultant must have a good team working with them. Since I started taking my vehicle to Audi Hampton, 3 years ago I've also had the pleasure of meeting the other Service Consultant's who work beside Ray. This primarily occurs when Ray is not in on the date of service or he may be out to lunch when I come to get my vehicle after service is complete. They all have the same professional attitude. Whether Ray is there when I come or not he still follows up with me to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. The other part; a very important part of the team are the technicians who actually service the vehicles. I have the utmost confidence the technicians at Audi Hampton are among the most reliable anywhere. As a business professional myself, I know at times there are customers that have unrealistic expectations some people are just critical to a fault. If the smallest thing doesn't go the way they feel it should. They are not happy. It's like the "Broken Cell Phone Syndrome". As long as their phone / vehicle is not available to them they are not happy, from the time it's dropped off to the time they come to pick it up. There are people who get very angry when their vehicle is not ready when promised or it may require additional work due to an unforseen problem. They are never satisfied. Ray and the team of Consultant's at Audi Hampton are equipped to handle these problem customer's with the same grace and professionalism as they do with customer's who have realistic views when their vehicle is being serviced. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else to have it serviced. Audi Hamptons Service Center gets a 5-Star rating from me.

I bring my Mercedes Benz for 40 k maintenance and check the blind spot assist issue the service advisor told me that they will try or it will be done by afternoon but the late afternoon on Friday, he told me that they will keep my car over by weekend they will try to finish by Monday afternoon. Disappointed because I need to take a leave from my work to drop off my car and take another day of leave that Monday to pick up my car plus they don't offer a loaner car which unsatisfactory for a mercedez Benz dealership which different from my Mini cooper dealers offers me a loaner car every time my mini cooper get service. When my car was done about a few days my wife found out that all the lug nuts cover was missing and there are scratches on the rims. We contact the service advisor but they denied it they says they don't touch the wheel but how they check the brakes if they don't touch the wheels. Another thing I found out they don even top off the windshield washer fluid on my car. I can't believe this kind of service from Tysinger Mercedes Benz?? I thought they said there service is world class? And Rick Sanches talk to my wife and said sorry and said the kind of stuff will happened, what kind of reason is that. So is normal they missed up your car and its ok for them. This is ridiculous. I know they don't do nothing about it .I justdon't like other people experience what I experience.

Refreshing experience with purchase of Pre-owned vehicle. Salesman (Brent Williams) Audi side was extremely helpful. Distance purchase and he went above and beyond to examine vehicle. Sent videos, extra pictures, etc. Completely professional! Whole staff, Top Notch!

After working with me to get the price closer to where I needed it, Derrick sent all requested pics and promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns. Upon sealing the deal they put the car on hold for me until I could come get it a week later. Derrick picked us up at the airport in Newport News and took us straight to the dealer where we finalized the paperwork and met my new favorite finance guy, Sammy, to get the deal done. These guys were great from the start and the car was exactly as described. I would not hesitate to deal with them again!

I did, I met Chris (I forgot his last name) to whom I explained what I was looking for and how I just needed a bottom line out the door dollar figure and why I didn't have time for the usual run around. He called Lloyd,, a sales rep. over, an explained my situation with him instead of just walking away. The car was already pulled up to the viewing area. He and I went over everything and within 30 minutes I had in my hand a print out of what the car would cost me exactly. The Chris lowered that price by $1800. I then meant with the assistant finance manager who told me exactly what any extra coverage plans would cost me, of course at a discounted price.
