Ty and his team were lifesavers for me last week! I woke up to a flat tire on the day that I was supposed to start a new job. I took my A3 straight to Service at Audi Hampton as soon as they opened, explained the situation to Ty, and he had me out with a repaired tire within 30 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal! Great experience at Tysinger. We had just started a two week trip out of northern Virginia in our Sprinter/camper van. A wheel sensor went bad on 64 of all places. Limped in to Tysinger late in the afternoon. Didn't feel like things were going to go well. Thanks to Matt Ewell, Sprinter Service Manager, everything went perfect.Matt got the sprinter into service and two hours later we were back on the road. Thank you Matt, staff and technicians at Tysinger. I could tell be the attitude at Tysinger that it was a great place to work and buy a car.

Ray Durham my Service Consultant is the reason I keep bringing my 2015 Audi A8L back to Audi Hampton. Ray makes you feel like your vehicle is the only vehicle he has to service. He's polite, professional and knowledgeable about the Audi brand. But it doesn't stop there, a good Service Consultant must have a good team working with them. Since I started taking my vehicle to Audi Hampton, 3 years ago I've also had the pleasure of meeting the other Service Consultant's who work beside Ray. This primarily occurs when Ray is not in on the date of service or he may be out to lunch when I come to get my vehicle after service is complete. They all have the same professional attitude. Whether Ray is there when I come or not he still follows up with me to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. The other part; a very important part of the team are the technicians who actually service the vehicles. I have the utmost confidence the technicians at Audi Hampton are among the most reliable anywhere. As a business professional myself, I know at times there are customers that have unrealistic expectations some people are just critical to a fault. If the smallest thing doesn't go the way they feel it should. They are not happy. It's like the "Broken Cell Phone Syndrome". As long as their phone / vehicle is not available to them they are not happy, from the time it's dropped off to the time they come to pick it up. There are people who get very angry when their vehicle is not ready when promised or it may require additional work due to an unforseen problem. They are never satisfied. Ray and the team of Consultant's at Audi Hampton are equipped to handle these problem customer's with the same grace and professionalism as they do with customer's who have realistic views when their vehicle is being serviced. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else to have it serviced. Audi Hamptons Service Center gets a 5-Star rating from me.

I made a call to Tysinger Mercedes to purchase a Used GLC. Gave me nice number on my trade. Worked with Leon and could not have been an easier process. Car needed a new windshield, I was given a loaner until he delivered the car to me in Richmond. Awesome folks, I will be back.

Listen, if you're thinking about getting an Audi, DO IT! But before you settle for any bored and over-worked car salesman, visit Matt Weber and let him take you on a tour of the stock! He is kind, knowledgeable, entertaining and just a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I was concerned about and what my wants/needs were in a new vehicle. He spent several hours with my husband and I and never acted put out or annoyed no matter how many times I asked the same questions. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and all the different features each one had over the other. In the end, he delivered to me the most beautiful car and I am beyond happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My husband and I went to Tysinger to look at a new Sante Fe they had on line. I wanted a certain color and they had the color available. We test drove the car and loved it. One of the best dealerships that me and my wife have dealt with. Best sales rep we have had to purchase a car from. Joseph was wonderful explaining in detail of what things they offer on the car. He was not pushy and he was honest 💯 percent. All the finance people were just great. Management was the best I had to deal with too. Building was very clean and I have been in other dealerships before that was not up to par. The service department did an amazing job cleaning and doing the paint protection on the car. A+ service all the way around .We will be back.
